How many guests can Queen Annex hold?+
Our hall comfortably seats up to 200 guests with a dance floor, and can be configured for smaller, more intimate gatherings of 40 to 80.
Can we bring our own caterer or décor team?+
Most clients use our in-house catering and décor because it keeps the day coordinated and the pricing simpler, but we're happy to discuss outside vendors during your tour.
How far in advance should we book?+
Peak Saturdays in spring and fall book six to twelve months out. Off-peak dates are often available within a few weeks.
What is required to hold a date?+
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. The remaining balance is scheduled in installments leading up to your event.
Do you offer tours?+
Yes — tours are by appointment so we can give you undivided attention and walk through layouts for your specific guest count.
